check the G's. their are groups out there with a lot of shares. RME's are restricted and by SEC rules can't be sold. RME may have the most shares as an entity, but they certainly aren't the only ones that have the power to move this stock one direction or another.

OA- i'd like to hear your thoughts on this issue. how do you think RME could be selling that many shares in light of Rule 144. You do agree that they would CLEARLY be considered an Affiliate, since they are repeatedly referred to in SPNG's filings as "under the control of our officer's and directors."

It's just not feasible in my opinion.
