When have I ever said they wouldn't get filed?

I haven't.

I am simply providing the information about the spot they put themselves in here and the dates are important to investors and potential investors.

They had an E in November of last year I believe. They filed and had it removed.

But delinquint filings are something public companies should work very hard at avoiding.

Is it important to you that the company file before the 15th of July? Do you think the "E", if applied will have a negative impact on the stock price?

You see, the above questions are ontopic discussions. And certainly could impact the stock price, the volume and could change or create new trends in the share price.

They may file by the 15th. Personally I don't have the answers but the potential for a change in the symbol whihc would identify them as a delinquint filer would not be good for the stock.
