Did anyone hear about the proposed capital gains tax law change ?

If you invest in a offically classified 'small business' and hold for five years you will not have to pay any... ZERO cap gains taxes. As long as the company was clasified as small when you made the purchase. It does not matter if they become large latter. I believe (iirc) BEHL easily qualifys.

Now, I know very few will hold that long, but if you have many millions and sell most for profit in the next month or so and hold a few million for five years those few mil will be tax free.

I like the way you think.. Were you added in on long list? Soon fella's, soon.. We are about to see this bad boy take off. FLOAT HELD TIGHTLY! I cannot stress enough on what a stock can do if there is momentum and no float... EVERYONE STAY LONG AND LETS DO WORK!

ANYONE selling either is in financial crisis, has no confidence, crazy, or just not sure what the hell a low floater can do with momentum..... MAY I remind everyone possible 100% gainers in our future..

excellent post, beastieboy, and don't forget that included in BEHL's foresight, they have established a consortium (Biocentric Consortium, which we own 100% of) to sell the algae products that are produced from the PBRs that are sold...! That is huge too, and I can't believe how the big picture of this company keeps growing and growing every time I turn around... and it's not new ideas the company is throwing out there - these are things that they have thought through and have been establishing/executing in the background... putting the puzzle together without us knowing... I can't wait for the months ahead... In my opinion, we are going to get a lot more SURPRISES from BEHL - things that will knock us back on our heels (in a pleasant way!)... I'm so glad to be a part of this team!...
