BB/BB - excellent comments and its brings to light something that I need to mention.

When one reads words on a printed page they can convey a different meaning or lack certain character. My words do not alarm me or cause me concern because I actually spoke with Mr. Wolff, BioShield's attorney. If I didn't have a right to those numbers he would have told me that. And he also wouldn't have told me he contacted the transfer company. We on this board may see a greater sense of urgency for that information, but I don't think Mr. Wolff, the transfer company and BioShield share that same sense. Do you follow me? To them it is just another day at the job, another request, etc. We are more singularly focused on that issue so we will tend to read more into "non-action" then they would. Oh yea and add my broker into that mix. I think his concern was trying to get more business from me, wow did that back fire on him.

Everyone has their agenda, and the best I can do is to make sure our agenda gets heard and answered.

I'm not so sure that even the numbers being revealed with truly tell the story. It will only open speculation as to why the company was floating more stock (if that turns out to be the case).
The first reason that I believe the company is floating more stock is because they need money. Further speculation becomes more guess work than anything else, and being rather cynical and suspicious, I'll keep my opinion to myself (for now) as it would be negative, while offering nothing of substance.

GG, as always I appreciate the great work you do. I'm thinking of trying one of my own avenues to get the numbers. I'll let the board know what I come up with in the next day or two.
