My point is, I went to the address listed on their website and nothing was there. I expected that something would be there. MY BAD.

You can add 'DLR Associates' to the list of possible locations for the various desks and phones. That's Daisy's other company. This is the address:

same phone number as the other companies.

If you GoogleMap that address it appears to be an industrial park type multi-unit building. I'm guessing "Ste A" stands for Suite A, suggesting there is more than one room and possibly enough space for desks and fax machines and other business office things.

BTW, for whoever asked about BW's desk, the desk shown in the iBox still from the video is probably a desk on a set at the video place. Notice there's no personalization of the space whatsoever and no phone or computer on the desk, etc, just stuff BW put there for the video; his day planner, a folded bandana and the product packages.

Carter, Where have you found a phone number that someone will answer? And where is the staff located?

We know there is a staff of people at Potencia who handle orders, answer the phones, communicate with customers, and the executive staff.
