Well if ASNAP were lying
the company is small enough to find out what asnap is
saying and go after him, they all are very aware of what is
being said on this board--you can bet on that
by the same token since this is a pink sheet they can be
non-reporting if they so desire...
finally, and most importantly, the vast majority of what asnap
is saying has been released in the pr in terms of "forward
looking statements", which by definition need no pr for
retraction, ASNAP is simply reconfirming the companies original PR
