Regarding illiquid assets. How long until will they try to sell them before returning assets to creditors?

i think the primary question on most of our minds is how payouts would be distributed among all the various shares, i.e. C/Ts, preferreds, commons - which if any will have the first priority?

i'm not sure if this meeting is the time or place for that, but if you can get some clarity on the issue it would be great.

I would like to know who the current trustees are representing the interests Lehman Capital Trusts and what is their contact information. I have called around and no one seems to know the answer to this.
