The sunncomm name is on the label of the protected cd. The labels cannot keep it a secret and the value added aspect for the label is an inducement to buy. Why would they be against allowing us to put out a pr stating we are protecting a certain cd when in fact it's on the label. I think since the legal case that happened early on for not telling the buyers is was protected makes it impossible to hide.
