Hello can anybody in this post tell what happened to vtpi? .

This is my first time in a rs and and all is new for me .

I only a technical trader with charts ... but this type situations are newbie for me .

can anybody explain me why cann't trade and why i can see volumen between 0,05 $ and 0,45$ and ... why this cheap price?.
