Nope, not exactly. If Megas decides to give up and put a fork in this, the battle begins between us and our brokers. We'll likely settle through arbitration and receive around half (my guess) of the last traded share price, whether you believe that to .15 or .05 cents a share. Either way asking for .01 a share would be pretty foolish.

LOL... If you think your shares will be worthless,, Let me have them.. Some (Most ) of you folks just don't see it... You will still own shares of a (empty shell), just Not trading. "IF" thes is removed from the trading list, you Still Own shares of BCIT, in which then he will exchange those shares for Energy Souce, and will bring it back to the trading market on "HIS" Terms... LOL. DTCC will Lose out, cause they will HAVE to make good on ALL Shares from BCIT to Energy Source... -> Slick,, if you ask me <-
