That means that if you want some shares, you will have to pay .03 for the most part. You MIGHT get lucky and find some retail selling lower than tht, but if you want them for sure, you will have to pay .03 for them from NITE or DOMS.

If the pressure and volume or going well, then you will pretty much see it go to whatever the MMs have the ASK set at.

But if bidwhacking starts and people start selling below the ask, then the MM's will just move the ask down anyway
