Hang in we are in for a wild ride... rumored info is wrongfully about to get excused of SPNG and then disproved very very quickly.

Huge swing ahead working on getting some buys in order...

Now about the AS I don't think they will raise it any time soon... nor does this really matter...

As for the 8k... they should have filed it, it could be out any day until july 8th imo in the past they have taken 4-9 business days to file such 8k's so thus I believe they will do just that...
