Stox exactly my point this has all been one large misunderstanding..

Still working out my DD... but the issues all point to one stock of which is not SPNG... Another stock which the SEC just interacted on 12 business days before Drake lost its licenses...

As you have posted this company has fired their auditor right around the time that things started to get nasty here...

In short this is all one big misunderstanding and nothing is changed in regards to SPNG nor were there any issues in the filings as Drake was double checked by an oversight board...
