In prior posts, I attempted to provide a dislcaimer based upon the information search, as it can yield false positives. Unfortunately, I neglected to provide this disclaimer in the prior post. Attempting to acquire and obtain information on small cap companies can be difficult at best. The aforementioned names were associated in an attempt to follow up with a prior subsidiary of Spooz, called Tetrahex. After a search of Tetrahex turned up a dba of Fractal Finance, the website http://www.fractalfinance.com/ was located. *Since Spooz, Tetrahex, Fractal Finance, and Quantrade, LLC and Quant Trade, LLC shared many of the same individual names, Quantrade, LLC and Quant Trade, LLC were introduced into the discussion.

Quantrade, LLC and Quant Trade, LLC may not be the only companies that have been discussed on the bulletin board that are external to Spooz, whereby individuals and/or entities that have been affiliated and/or associated with Spooz have been discussed and in no way should be considered malicious, but for information purposes only for discussion of Spooz, a publicly traded stock, with symbol SPZI. The discussion board has in the past discussed the history of Spooz Inc., which includes the subsidiaries, affiliates and partners. In addition, the discussion board has also discussed various individuals and entities that offer similiar products and/or services.
