That list is not new if you are talking about the State of Nevada one dated 2/8/09. Please see my post # 272. Now if you're talking about the new 15C211 PS filing for today 7/5/09 that is obviously new.

Well it looks like the so called merger or ??? you call it is now put off until Aug. 10, 09.
