A few points about past posts:

A)If the O/S is around 250 million. The volume would be higher, 2-6 million daily. Even, a dumb NASD broker, would know that.

B)Stock issuance is a necessary evil for a few reasons. Pay, event monies and tactical reasons. Hopefully, caution is used as another R/S would turn this into a shell at the auction block. I'd think, they try to block some guy trying to buy up the float from gaining control of the company. Why gaining control?? Easy money by issuing more stock.

Regardless, of any facts, SUNR needs a few base hits.
