He's selling so you both have a common goal. He LOVES talking with any sincere investor. Take that to the bank, goes for anyone here.

The catch will be getting him to open up on anything your interested in. Otherwise you can spend an hour drumming your fingers and pouring another coffee while he enthusiastically drones on and on about all the wonderful potential.

Have a list of questions you seek answers for and don't dare deviate or he will talk your ear off. Meanwhile you will hang up asking yourself why am I so excited and why do I STILL not know the answers to my questions.
