not sure but other game companies that merge put the shares all together maded a deal with vestors (it was a postive)

I think this is what might happen

midway will remain the same but it will get funding from WB of the games that they bought example MK.

I am just happy that they are clear to continue and we have a chance to make some money.

it would be nice if WB buys midway completely merges the shares.
