Well, NXG's Kemess mine is going to close in a year or two. The final year's grade is going down BTW. In this kind of situation, the company almost always want to buy another mine to keep its production from going down. Buy OGC will be a nice match for them. Actually we may see NXG price jump if it can buy OGC at a reasonable premium because it adds a lot value, just like SMC.
