Not sure which link you refer to as you don't list it and all the links posted here work with the exception of the www.targetdevelopmentgroup.com website which was spoke of at the start of the week.
That website was active a few weeks ago and has since been taken down.
Most times you would see a godaddy advertisement or the websites hosting provider.
I actually think it is a good thing as it would appear to me it's in the process of being updated, which means thing are in progress ;)
