However, you will undoubtedly know that it was not me who initiated or agreed with your approach to the other emailee's that you chose to follow through with. It was my original effort in requesting NeoMedia/YA eliminate all future dilution and provide more favorable financing terms for the shareholder base. You took the ball and went in your own direction of solicting shareholder participation for what I believe would be yet one more legal challenge by you. So what will you do now?
