Nice. Not much in the way of details, and products are not expected until Mid-05. I guess it is nearly September, so that isn't that far off.

My guess is AMD wanted to get the announcement out just
ahead of possible dualie CMP MPU demos at IDF next week.

Either that or it's a look-at-me-too response to Intel's 65 nm
process disclosure.
