# of possibilities :

1.Either EESO is a deliberate or even possibly an "unplanned" scam that hatched after missed opportunity.

2. or EESO is a riddle wrapped up in an enigma wrapped up in a mystery.

3. Or Jared made some lethal decisions that are not recoverable. translation : Jared got run over and worked around.

IMO upon 6 months of research.

True they are broad assumptions since I am not
actually there when they are hatching the scheme.
But here are some things to think about.
Jared can prove me wrong by

1) Show everyone the good faith deposit document
that he said he got from the potential buyers.

2) Ungag the T/A so we can see what happen to the
300 million shares held in escrow. fat chance

3) Tell us exactly why he turned down the offers
