Ummm..that 18 year timeframe was from Masta's post...but thanks for making my point..2004/2005 was 4-5 years ago...and a mountain of changes for the better have taken place since then as the article proves. Eric Swanson no longer works for the SEC and is being investigated..as are others.
Even these high profile cases take a long time..so you can imagine what kind of timeframe to investigate a lowest of low priority shell such as BCIT takes.
Remember..it took years just to nail Pino...and that was the easy part.
