I'll answer that. IMO The Lees and Craig with Jared
schemed the phoney buyout to drive up the shareprice
so they could unload shares they got in the past for
next to nothing. They didn't get the .05 or .06 they
were hoping for so they introduced the second buyout
offer in hopes of jacking it up. Thats when Jared
said the company was worth more than.10 cents. Also
his subtle pumping of .50 to 3.00 was designed to
move it up. The problem was that the market wasn't
buying it. So they settled for the .018 average.
Jared was a mess because all his Christian investors
were getting screwed and he started to feel guilty
so he ran off to SA but when he came back nothing
had changed and this is where we sit today IMO
