Going off of the Q3 letter posted on ARTI's website yesterday which stated

In addition to the acquisition of Charity Sports Distribution, Inc., the Company recently announced that it is looking to acquire organizations that fit into its overall business model and have synergies with its current subsidiaries, Art Channel Galleries and The Art Channel TV.

I feel confident that the deal is done.

You are right to a point. Except ARTI is not a PINK. ARTI is a fully reporting company that even mentioned the CSD acquisition in their 8k.

For those of you trying to scare someone about reporting them to the SEC...Do your research insider trading is only applicable to owners of a company. So unless a certain someone here is an owner what was done is fully exceptable.

So feel free to try and scare people that something is screwy.

With all due respect, any emails that Edward sent were regergitated press releases and gave the same info that had already been released to the general public.

Was I initially disappointed like everyone else when we didn't see the CSD acqusition announced on the 30th as these press releases state, yes. But when I step back, having owned several businesses myself, I am aware that things happen, especially when lawyers and banks are involved, and the only certainty is that delays usually occur.

There is no doubt in my mind that the CSD acquisition will be soon announced. They have moved into ARTI headquarters, they have product in the Artfest galleries, they are regularly mentioned in ARTI pr's... The deal is immenent and will be released soon enough...
