gman, not a stupid notion at all. I read it and thought, "that could make sense" The 800bil A/S increase could very well be Urban's way of telling us that he owns the float. But I was busy thinking about the 8% theory which of course has now been revised. Before today I felt pretty confident that the 8% was correct. Today, however, I am pretty much back to square one on trying to figure this thing out. glty and thanks for your input. It is always appreciated.

Urban has agreed to forego the dividends on his personal shares, and shares held in the treasury are not issued, therefore would not dilute our dividend.
So with the news out today, the additional 300 shares are issued to someone.
I own 60 million shares so I'm certainly no basher, but something has sure started to stink in the last 2 weeks, and Urban has a lot of explaining to do.
