#4472 RE: FtpBandit #4464

So now I have to dig through press releases because you make up false accusations? First off, the stock did not go up because of anything I posted. We saw 47 million traded, hardly coming from ihub. And no, my emails contain NO information that hasn't been released in several press releases or discussed in the company conference call...

In addition to the conference call (replay link: http://www.artfestinternational.com/index.php/news-releases/2-news-releases/79-2009-0623-teleconference) in which ARTI stated that the CSD deal was to be complete by end of the month, there are SEVERAL mentions in MANY press releases...

Well, here's one tidbit from a press release: The release date was June 24, 2009 - a week puts ya at June 30th...

http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Artfest-International-Inc-1008648.html

"Mr. Vakser expects that the acquisition of Charity Sports Distribution will be completed within a week now that the equity line of credit has been finalized. Mr. Vakser stated that the acquisition of Charity Sports Distribution would significantly increase the Company's revenues through Charity Sports Distribution's agreements with the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, the Dallas Stars, the Dallas Mavericks, as well as 27 College Teams."

And then there's this release...

http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Artfest-International-Inc-1004005.html

"The "Sizziling Summer Saturday" event will also have on display celebrity sports memorabilia from CSD which demonstrates the synergies and cooperation between CSD and Artfest as we proceed to finalize the acquisition of CSD within the month. There will also be prizes and drawings throughout the event."

And finally this one...

http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Artfest-International-Inc-1002574.html

"DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - June 11, 2009) - Artfest International, Inc. (OTCBB: ARTI) is pleased to announce that the Company has launched an aggressive merger and acquisition campaign based on the recent $5 Million equity line of credit Artfest International received through the investment banking agreement with Delaney Equity Group, LLC. Artfest International is in the process of completing the acquisition of Charity Sports Distributor, Inc. "

Here are the facts... Can't wait to see the reply

Seems the CEO may be/could be the company's biggest basher. A pr updating status of this "deal" would be very appropreiate today.

Does every shareholder read this board??? I doubt it. Public updates lets everyone know the score.
