Let me just counter all of your faulty arguments:
"They didn't put Dre's drinks out last year" - his son died...are you heartless?, his music was delayed, he helped others with their music - give it time...lets see how it plays out...they still are shipping some form of SPARKLING VODKA to israel...(just probably not with Dre backing it...yet???)
"they didn't collect on the Israel deal" - they JUST DID!!...stop harping on the past!!! this is the future...growth is just around the corner! man oh man
"they didn't do most of what was in the shareholder letter" - still harping on this? ECONOMIC DOWNTURN!!! TURNED THE ECONOMY UPSIDE DOWN...DKAM SURVIVED!!! bad at the time....it now only has upside as we continue to grow and start completing a lot of those ventures (i.e. israel)
"they lost the $10M LOC" - the credit only had a few months left on the contract anyways, and they got olifant out of the deal. i see this as a wash. in any respect...they survived, the stock pps took a hit, and now its ready to rock again. this is good for new buyers who want to get in low now...while it once was a negative...it now only has upside"
"they didn't get the Kid Rock beer out in the Spring" - first there could have been delays because of the economy. second...IT GIVES THEM A 4TH OF JULY BORN ON DATE!!! IT DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT FOR AN ALL AMERICAN BEER!! MAYBE THE PLAN GOT CHANGED BECAUSE OF THAT!!! GEEEEEEEESH!!!
"they let $800,000 in orders just sit" - there was an obvious backup do to the economic downturn and the credit crunch. lots of companies were in the same position. the upside, is that they are now in position to fill those orders with the new lines of credit! there is room to grow!"
"they lost pps value on the most recent KR PR" - bold faced lie! you try and try to mislead others...i'm going to do my best to not let it happen. the pps was .132 when the KR PR was released. it ended the day at .1475...just what exactly are you trying to pull here???
you even just said the KR deal wouldn't happen...and would fall through like Dr. Dre... FOR REAL??? BWAHAHAHAHAAAAAHAAA.
