I do not see a R/S in the near future. However and this is just my opinion, Scott and Reggie should both retire 35 million shares each. That leaves 390 million shares in the O/S of which 70 million +/- are still held by Scott and Reggie. Dillon, Wirtz and Pernia still have 54 million +/- all which are still under 144. The company can than do a small R/S 1 for 1.5 and that would make the O/S around 200 million +/- and the insiders would still control a boat load. The PPS would blow up and everyone would be happy, the O/S and float would be back in line and comparable to companies such as BMC, etc...

I do not see my opinion happening or any R/S happening anytime soon though.
