You are correct I believe. Mostly housekeeping type stuff and a petition from Prudential to get out of a pre BK contract where they either buy or give a HELOC to Chemtura employees when they are transfered.
You would almost think that with todays housing market it's Prudential that is taking advantage of the BK rules here. They buy the house or provide the HELOC and then it's up to them to sell it. Well nothing is selling and hasn't for a while.
What a wonderful opportunity for them to use the BK court to terminate the contract.
