Thanks for the JDA update. Coupling that news (in my mind) with the possibility of SNP transacting some type of buyin-out with ERHE raises the question as to whether parties consult with the JDA prior to making an announcement relative to a pending agreement. It seems that the transacting parties would want to have the JDA's assurance of acceptability before going public. Have you or do you feel comfortable raising the question to the JDA as to there being an ERHE/SNP deal about to be announced? Also, what type of deal is being bantered about?
