Why not Pr big news monday then discuss in CC that evening? possible?

Wrong, as long as there was a PR (before) stating that a CC is being HELD, any public announcement can be made at the CC.... But im sure Eric would release any significant news in a PR as well, which he could do Tuesday AM, after the CC/before the bell.

Websites are considered PUBLIC by the SEC as well.

FYI, good news comes out of CC's all the time for big board stocks.

PS: Can you SHOW me where it states (in Regulation FD) that PUBLIC announcements have to be made via PRESS RELEASES only?!
