It would seem to me that ERHE has just cause to file suit against STP since they have conveyed publically their intent to circumvent the treaty and cause considerable harm to the company. ERHE should immediately file for a stay on the bid round and halt of any further proceedings until the intent has been settled. I wonder if they have seen the articles? Anyone send it to DK?
