This is a very very big deal for Electronic Game Card and highly accretive to EPS in 2010. The Moscoe Group is the largest distributor to Target and also distributes to Best Buy, Seven Eleven, Hudson News, Grocery Stores, and Airports. They distribute and market products for the likes of Sony, Nintendo, JVC, etc.. In a nutshell, the Moscoe Group distributes Fortune 100 company products to Fortune 100 company outlets. It's very big and is something that if mildly successful could increase EGMI revenues and net income significantly in 2010

To complement our best-in-class sales organization, FMM - The Moscoe Group reviews and implements services that provide added value to our customers and principals.

Category Management
We provide a full range of category management services to help prepare category and line reviews, as well as present new products and promotional opportunities. Our work includes the development of in-store and opportunity planograms that use merchandising and financial analysis to produce an effective visual presentation. We also provide analysis for specific need projects and answer questions including those that relate to department adjacencies, product promotions, and sales forecasting.

Reporting/EDI
FMM - The Moscoe Group has invested in EDI capabilities to receive business communications with state-of-the-art technology. We have the capability to create customized reporting and use this data for ad-hoc analysis to better serve the retailer and manufacturer.
