It could be revealed in the 8-K (from July 28,2008) :"As a result of the forgoing transactions the Company currently has an aggregate of 399,955,873 shares of common stock and 10,000,000 shares of Class B Stock issued and outstanding."

do not hold your breath on the 8k (which will show the increase of AS) to how the O\S it hasn't in the past and thus I highly doubt it would in the future... Although if it would it would shock a whole bunch of people...

The fully audited 10k due out in late AUG will show the OS..
