pvlee...you sound irritated. wonder why? so you do agree the company has issued shares after they said there would be no dilution and repeatedly has said the same thing as have many others on this board. it is amazing how people want to ignore the facts to only paint the picture they want. the fact is the company has issued more shares after they said they would not. this is just another example of the company lying to its investors. there is nothing more that can be said. it is not spinning, it is a fact. if it is not, then explain to me how it is not dilution and how the company did not lie to investors. three years ago or three days ago, the same is always true. the company tells investors one thing and then never follows through or changes direction. such has been the history of this company, and there is nothing to indicate it is going to change. jmo
