drago only makes deals that people cant follow through with
that way he always had the upper hand, and if it looks
like you will follow through then he does everthing to
undermine your efforts to satisfy his bogus conditions

the problem has been richard, he is the traitor, the
sabotier, etc. he will accept anything from drago and
sign it, the other problem is that richard has not disclosed
information, you cant have a meeting / vote if you are not
up to date w/ at least the 8k's, clearly our new director
Dave Williams beleives in getting up to date and from the age
of the documents one can see that it was richard that failed
to disclose and dave williams that has stepped up

because dave is getting close to being up to date on the
disclosures drago is scrambling to loot the company since
he knows the company might soon finally have the shares to
issue because they will be able to finally have a proxy

he, drago, also wants to get his hands back on the patent asap
since its clear Mr. Willims is getting everything together
to deal w/ his lying ways

The company didn't and does not have those authorized shares to issue. We have less than 4M shares left. This has been noted in previous company filings. The intentions of Mr. Daic, who also knows this, are better pondered.
