Its a high possibility, im sure as part of any re-organization (if PA actually trys to reorganize) a R/S will be in the cards...

If that happens then the only question is how much will 1M shares be worth. Will it be 100, 10, or 1. The usual for these pinks that have billions of shares issued is 1000 to 1. I do see the PPS increasing after reorganizing, but if its after an R/S who cares. The damage is done at that point. This makes me sick.

Here is a thought. If your assets are truly more than your liabilities then why not hold off on the R/S. Then buy back cheap shares with pocket change. Or is it because someone isn't done taking it to the shareholders for harassing them?

Yes, I'm still reluctantly holding some shares.
