Its not "EI's" auditor...It's no different than if you hired an outside accountant to do your taxes..You wait till they get to it..You pay them $10k, I am sure you are 1st....You pay as you go, you get shuffled to the bottom....

These guys don't care or have a stake in the company like we do. They are just billing hours....
