I think a lot of people are worried about the AS... we a very quite day when the AS word came out on the board.. went from what might have been a 20 million share day to 100 plus million share day and everyone and their brother wanted out of the stock...
yet someone was there to pick up these shares... Imo the same person or people or group or groups that were picking up shares the last 3 times this happened... and we got big sell offs from it...
NOw time will tell who is right the people who got out based on what the company could possibly maybe do... or the people who bought as they trusted the company's word...
the last 3 times you can see who won... look at the 8k and look at the PPS after each time this happened...
Then look at the 10q... after the 2 times prior... see if these shares which the company maybe could sell did get sold... (hint OS went from 1.24 billion to 722 million)
If someone doesn't know what and A/S is then they have no business trading stocks in the first place.
If it is your choice to ignore certain potential aspects of a companies publicly traded stocks, then so be it. I would say that is not the most prudent thing to do.
