JP: How have you confirmed this? The link you post makes no mention of NeoMedia as a client, just YA.
If Ballard is representing both companies, I will not be pleased. NeoMedia and YA need separate public relations counsel.
One of these companies calls themselves the "principal investors" and one is a public company who is supposed to have information protected for all investors. That information should not be sitting in the same office.
I also find it off if a UK company is representing a company who is primarily trying to expand to US consumers.
