Still no products, no revenue, no assets, no employees.

Still many billions of shares worth of convertible preferred overhanging the O/S.

Still shareholders eager to dump into any run.

At .001, the (fully diluted) market cap. would be in excess of $20M. Something has to change for that to be possible.
