"Calling the DTCC out in public with an honest legal filing can have a great effect. " -- Your kidding right? Filing against DTCC will delay this even further IMO...not to mention the cost. No one has successfully filed anything against the DTC. They will ignore it. There are events transpiring behind the scenes that will make your delaying tactics moot. You see, we don't need the DTC to clear BCIT shares. Your smart. You'll figure it out.

Nooooooooo new person, it can not be 'relative'...

it can only be definitive and complete; and that be that.

"As of right now, it's been a series of bumbling efforts." -- It would appear that way to those who are not 'in the know'. The DTC makes it look that way by moving the target every time Megas tries to hit it...under the DTC direction...I guess they supposed that TM would give up and abandon the shell. That is usually what happens, isn't it? Either that, or do the DTC bidding...issue shares to facilitate a DTC coverup. Thanks for your help though...but present strategies must be followed through to their conclusion. If that doesn't work, perhaps we will try it your way. Fair enough?

Please give me an example of someone that has made a filing against the DTCC and the positive effect that resulted from that effort.

I am not aware on any, so at this moment I think there is zero historical evidence for a positive outcome for the investors from the action you propose.
