No wonder the shares are shooting upward for no apparent reason after spectacular losses and even more spectacular reverse splitting. The CEO is paying more than they are worth to prop up the price.
Since the company has no ongoing business, income, or profits (lots of "plans" though!) I expect to see this crash the minute the insiders stop playing games.
