'RUBY1100'--Update on "delay"----NO DELAY. Finally heard back on this.He said "There is going to be a "perceived delay" because many seem to think drilling will begin "immediately" but actually will not begin until 3rd or 4th week in July.
I would have posted sooner but my DSL service had an outage and I just got back on.
