Since A-Power has to provide funds to the Alliance (60% 0f $147 mil), has the company given details on what financial benefits A-Power will derive from its 60% stake in the alliance?

A-Power obviously hopes that being in the alliance will create new Distributed Power business for A-Power, like today's Macau deal, but has A-Power given details on what the financial arrangement will be within the Alliance itself - ie - will Cortex get a percentage of the Alliance's profits?

hey, think theres about 4.6 mill short now, havnt confirmed it yet. nasdaq.com hasnt posted the new numbers yet this am.
poster on yahoo reported the numbers, only a broker dealer can get short numbers early!!!!

but watching Fridays trading they tried hard to keep it down.

they even took out stop loss oders only to be confronted with buys.

should settle in the 10 area, friday cost the short 5 mill bucks
