Yes to the first and no to the second.
As shareholders we are definately on a need to know basis. They will tell us when we NEED to know, dictated by their schedule not ours.
I ask again how many of you own your own business? As in the millitary, as is in business. There are those in charge and those who listen to those in charge. Those in charge will manage by doing what is most fit for the greater good of a company. Despite what employees think, despite what shareholders think.
They do not care about your planned expenditures using money you do not yet have. Your boats, your cars....etc.
All your pontificating, speculation and fillibustering is what is making you all crazy. As if you could do anything about it any way.
The fundamentals are solid, their history has proven to be true to investors, and they are apparantly selling a sheite load of sponges, that many more Americans are becoming aware of
every day. They obviously seem to know how to advertise to the average American.
I strongly suggest having a cocktail, taking a yoga class, or joining a fight club. Whatever you need to relax and wait.
If you are long you will be pleasantly rewarded IMMHO.
