I am also in this for the long term. Am trying to do some flipping to get my share count up though. Picked up some more yesterday, but missed today's opportunity. Drove all night and spent the day napping and checking PPS. PPS was .147 and took a nap and woke up to see .124 or so. Frustrating because I could have picked up a bunch more. But at least I wasn't driving all day, would have missed seeing some of the action I saw.
