yes, and we were told none....Thats why we termed it an ambush...

There was a huge revolt with core holders and lots of flying BS....long story short, EI will not do another R/S and ambush us IMHO...They have done real good since, up until the messed up O/S issue from the 10k....AUDITORS PARTIALLY TO BLAME THERE TOO FYI.....

We are pinky shareholders....enough said...LMAO...
